Artsushi Workshop: Decorative Sushi Rolls

Join us for a lively and hands-on Artsushi workshop at the Bite of Burnaby Food Festival, where creativity meets culinary fun. This beginner-friendly experience teaches you how to make stunning decorative sushi rolls that look just as amazing as they taste.

No prior sushi-making experience is required. Whether you’re completely new to sushi or a passionate home cook, this workshop welcomes all skill levels. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn essential techniques for rolling, shaping, and designing sushi that stands out on the plate.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll discover practical tips and creative ideas to elevate your sushi presentation while keeping flavours balanced and delicious. Artsushi focuses on turning everyday ingredients into eye-catching designs, making it perfect for entertaining, celebrations, or simply enjoying a new hands-on food experience.

– Please bring a container to take home your sushi. An apron is recommended but not mandatory.
