What You’ll Cook
- Leek & Potato Soup: We’ll begin with this classic Irish starter. Students will participate in every step, learning how to balance flavours and achieve the perfect creamy texture.
- Traditional Irish Soda Bread: Next, you’ll mix and shape your own soda bread, baking it fresh in-house. Discover the secrets behind this simple yet iconic Irish staple.
