What + When

Bite of Burnaby returns for its 5th year, running March 1 to 31, 2026. This month long food festival celebrates the flavours of our city as restaurants create multi course menus at fixed price points for dine in, take out, or delivery. Price points range from $15 to $65+, along with Under $15 deals.

Who Can Participate?

Any restaurant or eatery located in Burnaby can participate once the registration fee is paid.

Why Join?

Join a growing culinary celebration that reaches well beyond Burnaby. Bite of Burnaby attracts diners from across Metro Vancouver, throughout BC, and even from Washington State. Participating restaurants benefit from:

  • Featured placement on the Bite of Burnaby website with menu and reservation or ordering details

  • A marketing campaign that reaches local diners, regional visitors, and cross-border audiences

  • Inclusion in paid advertising, social media campaign content, and the influencer program

  • Increased exposure during a high visibility, month long culinary celebration

Marketing Support

The festival is promoted through the Bite of Burnaby website, paid social advertising, traditional media outreach, and a dedicated social media campaign throughout February and March. The influencer campaign will highlight participating restaurants and their featured menus.

Participation Cost

  • Early Early Bird: $100 if registered by December 19, 2025

  • Early Bird: $150 if registered by January 16, 2026

  • Standard Registration: $200 after January 16, 2026

Participating restaurants are also asked to:

  • Provide a gift card for contesting

  • Be open to hosting an influencer and comp their dining experience

Menu Requirements

  • Menus must be submitted by January 30, 2026 to be included in the campaign launch

  • All participating menus should clearly note any dietary options such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten friendly, and other relevant details
