Hosted in collaboration with the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre and local chocolatier Coconama, this immersive experience takes you on a delicious journey through chocolate’s full story—starting with cacao harvest and ending with your very own handcrafted bar. You’ll learn how cacao is sourced, how flavour develops through each stage of the process, and what makes artisan chocolate so special.
